28.Brit pillow

As the 8-day old baby's brought to his brit (circumcision), he's carried on a beautifully-embroidered pillow that might be used later fro younger brothers and other baby boys that are born to the wider family circle. you can embroider this pillow, knowing that it might turn into a family heirloom to be used at many happy family occasions. The traditional prayer and hope of "May this little one become great" - in Hebrew - spans the top of the pillow, with fruits of the land of Israeldecoratng each side, and a Jerusalem scene at the bottom.
The kit is intermediate level, size 50 by 70 cm. The design is hand-printed on off-white washable material, and comes with instructions and stitch diagrams, a needle and variety of embroidery threads.
